Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will anage all aspects of a case incluiding, primary contact for all involved parties, use of case management system, request and evaluate medical and investigation records, and preparation of court and settlement documents. Must have a Bachelor's Degree and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program is a plus. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury firm or law firm. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software.Exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor. Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage and meet deadlines.
