Family Law Attorney The candidate must have 1 or more years of experience. Should have litigation experience as well as some transactional experience, in areas such as contracts, family law (divorces and custody matters), bankruptcy, criminal law, civil litigation, and other related matters. Experience in all of the business areas is not required, but a strong familiarity with litigation is necessary. Must be able to appear at hearings, argue motions effectively, take and defend depositions, draft pleadings, research and draft memoranda, briefs, and effectively conduct evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials.
