Senior Associate Attorney The candidate will develop relationships with clients while establishing legal objectives, explaining their legal options, providing legal advice and representing them in court and mediation. Will also meet with prospective clients, collaborate with team members, and perform other duties to achieve the Firm's mission. Should have Active California Bar member in good standing. Must have 3+ years of experience in probate, trust and conservatorship administration and litigation or in civil litigation. Must have research and writing skills. Verbal and written communication skills needed. Must have computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite.
