Attorney Candidate must have: Law Degree from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials. An active license to practice law in New York and is a member in good standing with the New York State Bar. 2+ years of No Fault experience. Experience in drafting and orally arguing summary judgment motions. An interest to handle trials. Experience working in an electronic environment. Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matter related to law suit handling. Strong automation/technological skills for law suit handling and courtroom presentation.
