Paralegal The candidate will work directly with attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining an index system for all case files. Prior experience in or working knowledge of personal injury law is preferred. Must have some prior law firm or legal knowledge except for law students. Associates degree in Paralegal studies or a bachelors degree in a related field is desired. Bilingual is a plus. Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Must have customer service orientation communication skills. Should have case management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. Must have strong understanding of litigation terms. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
