Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with a background in insurance defense. Should be familiar with handling civil cases from beginning to end, including factual investigation, developing case plans, case budgets, depositions, motions, hearings, trial, and appeals. Must possess strong organization skills and be highly skilled in verbal and written communications. Insurance Defense preferred. License of Georgia Bar required.
