Litigation Paralegal The candiadte should have strong academic credentials and 5+ years of experience. Should have law firm experience in general personal injury work including client interaction, drafting letters, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, medical billing and records requests, drafting medical chronologies/summaries, ability to file court documents, ability to cut deposition clips, summarize deposition transcripts, manage courtroom demonstratives and trial notebooks, calendaring, scheduling, etc. Must have writing skills and interpersonal skills.
