Paralegal/Legal Assistant Duties : The candidate shall manage paper file organization. Scanning and uploading paper files and incoming documents. Organizing electronic documents. Opening and closing files. Preliminary paperwork. Phone calls. Shall get involve in work on significant criminal cases and will sometimes require client contact.
Qualifications: The candidate shall have experience in a professional office environment, preferably a law office. Superior organizational skills.
