Attorney Duties : The candidate shall ability to review, organize and summarize voluminous documents to marshal evidence for hearings and trials. Preparing witness outlines for depositions and trial. Ability to prepare trial strategy memos for assigned litigation cases. Requirements : The candidate shall have 3- 4 years of experience. The candidate must have drafted and argued contested motions, including motions for summary judgment, have exceptional research and writing skills, and be willing and able to review and analyze financial documents. Should have familiarity with the federal rules of civil procedure and federal rules of evidence is important. Experience in taking and defending depositions and taking a witness at trial is obviously favorably viewed for this position.Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PPT; and Fully prepared, relaxed and focused when arguing motions in State and Federal Courts.
