Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal The candidate will communicate with the clients, the adjusters, the doctors offices, and other attorneys. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents often from forms that merge from Needles. Knowledge of preparing personal injury pleadings, discovery responses and requests, and other online court filings is required. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Work hard helping the attorney move cases from the beginning of the claims process until the end. Record and store client information. Experience working at a high volume plaintiff's personal injury firm is required. Experience in personal injury litigation is required as well. Experience using Needles case management software is preferred. In addition to personal injury legal experience, applicants must have excellent customer service skills, written and verbal sills, and computer skills.
