Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft legal memoranda. Draft pleadings. Negotiating skills. Mediation experience. Should have 5+ years of experience to join its Personal Injury Litigation Division in the Firm's Meridian, Idaho office. Should have law firm experience in general personal injury work including client interaction, drafting letters, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, medical billing and records requests, drafting medical chronologies/ summaries, ability to file court documents, ability to cut deposition clips, summarize deposition transcripts, manage courtroom demonstratives and trial notebooks, calendaring, scheduling, etc. Strong academic credentials, writing skills, and interpersonal skills are required. Should have the ability to travel for depositions (spotters). Should have the ability to travel for CLEs. Should have the ability to travel for Trial. Should have the ability to draft pleadings. Strong public speaker for focus grouping cases. Should have the ability to request and review medical records.
