Entry Level Associate Attorney The candidate will attend hearings. Prepare and attend trials. Conduct depositions. Research and drafting. Negotiate settlements. Litigation experience is a must (training available). Must have 1-2 years of experience. Should be able to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Real estate and business transaction (experience is a plus. Should be able to complete projects and assignments in a timely fashion. Must have strong work ethics. Should have excellent legal writing and research skills. Good follow-up with clients and strong communications skills is required.
