Paralegal The candidate s responsibilities will include: Compile and organize financial records; Prepare declarations of disclosure; Prepare declarations; Prepare discovery responses; Manage calendars; Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents; Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes; Record and store client information. Must have previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Must have familiarity with legal research. Must have ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be deadline and detail-oriented. Excellent writing skills, including spelling and punctuation is needed. Technical skills are required, including use of Work, Outlook, Excel, MyCase, Dropbox, Adobe, OneLegal, etc.
