Paralegal The candidate must have knowledge of litigation procedures and local court rules. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong software/technological skills, and experience working in a paperless fast-paced environment where all work is time-sensitive are required for this role. Must be reliable, dedicated, and team-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor. Should have prior litigation or paralegal experience, paralegal degree/certificate/certification, medical training, or relevant coursework or legal studies degree is required; 1-2 years of civil litigation experience preferably in PIP defense or insurance defense; familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures; strong computer skills and experience working in an electronic/digital environment, in particular, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
