Associate Attorney/Post-Bar Law Clerk The candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to: drafting pleadings and correspondence; taking and defending depositions; working with clients on day-to-day advice and counsel inquiries; handling a large caseload; drafting discovery; document review; attending court hearings. Must be licensed in California for the Associate position; post-bar applicants awaiting bar results will have an opportunity to move into an Associate position.
