Associate Attorney The candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have excellent writing and communication skills. Should be an active member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah State Bar exam as soon as possible. Should have 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts is required. Must be highly motivated and hard-working, with the ability to perform a wide variety of legal tasks including legal research and writing, and interviewing/interacting with clients and others. Candidates must be able to perform investigative work and convey findings in a succinct and thorough manner.
