Associate Attorney The candidate must have member in good standing of California State Bar. Must have 1+ year's workers compensation defense experience. Must have commitment to high quality legal work. Must be well organized with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to travel to and from the various locations where his or her job tasks take place such as Workers Compensation Appeals Board, doctors offices and other deposition locations. Ability to work at a pace necessary to manage and maintain his or her caseload and to provide excellent service to our clients. Customer focus and client relation skills required.
