Attorney The candidate will assess claim validity and values. Will manage case files from inception through appeal. Independently handle all facets of litigation from depositions, to motion practice, arbitration and trial. Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters and court officials. Negotiate settlements. Provide mentorship and leadership for less experienced associate attorneys. Must have 1+ year of litigation experience, specifically discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial practice. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience in the personal injury field. Should have a license in good standing with the WSBA and no disciplinary history. Experience with case management software is required. Knowledge of Washington's statutory and case law is needed. Strong legal research and analytical skills are essential. A track record of success for clientele is a must.
