Litigation Attorney The candidate should have a commercial and Insurance Litigation firm with offices in Manhattan and on Long Island is looking for an Associate with 2+ years of experience handling litigation matters from inception at least through jury selection. The position will involve handling significant Insurance and Commercial matters. Strong writing skills and a desire to handle matters in court are required. Insurance defense or related litigation experience is required. Should preferably have NYS License to Practice Law.
