Associate Attorney - HOA/Condo Association The candidate must have 3+ year of experience with HOA/Condo association experience. Should have experience with arbitration, litigation and mediation of community association issues. Must be familiar with drafting documents, providing legal opinions and be able to review, analyze and interpret community association Governing Documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, etc. Should be able to attend meetings in order to market the firm's services and be able to maintain a good rapport with clients. Collections experience is helpful.
