Associate Attorney Candidate will get involved in some complex litigation. Scope of work includes matters involving claims based upon personal injury, construction claims, security claims, E & O, Insurance Coverage. Will be in the courtroom. Will need to have an active Nevada license. Will have 1-3 years' experience in defense litigation. Knowledge and experience with matters in Federal Court helpful. Excellent advocacy and writing skills needed, attention to detail and willingness to work independently and closely interact with clients. Should also feel comfortable in business settings as part of a team that will work on business development activities.
