Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be handling personal injury case files from start to finish. Assessing potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly. Drafting, reviewing, and modifying claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents. Maintaining updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system. Managing a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary. Providing legal support and guidance to clients. Finding ethical solutions to legal matters. Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers. Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath. Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion. Staying informed about any current legislation and case law. Building trustworthy relationships with clients. Drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions. Arguing motions and covering depositions. Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required. Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree is required Should have 3+ years of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases or, alternatively, 2+ years of experience as a prosecutor or public defender. Should have 3+ years of Personal injury law experience. Outstanding academic credentials is required. Should be Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history. Spanish skills are preferred.
