Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in all aspects of family and business immigration law. Preparation of employment based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and naturalization applications. Analyze and recommend multiple legal strategies. Should have 2+ years of attorney experience in the business immigration field. Must have knowledge of and experience at a minimum with PERM, E, L, EB-1A, and EB-1C petitions, as well as AOS, CP, Waivers. Knowledge and research proficiency in USCIS and NVC policies and procedures as well as relevant statutes and regulations is required. Must have passed the NJ state bar examination with valid license to practice law in the U.S.
