Medical Malpractice Attorney The candidate with Plaintiff medical malpractice experience is preferred. Will work on some of the firm's most significant cases and become an integral part of a strong, dedicated and close-knit team of legal professionals determined to maximize the outcome of every case. Should have a strong understanding and knowledge of medicine. Should have the ability to develop case strategy. Drafting of pleadings and discovery documents. Appearing in court for conferences (in-person and video). Preparing plaintiffs and defending depositions. Conducting target defendant and non-party depositions. Trial experience a plus. Should have JD. Should have experience of 3+ years in litigating medical malpractice cases.
