Associate Attorney The candidate' must have 1 one year experience with the specifics of Medicaid Eligibility rules and the Medicaid Application process. Experience in the Pennsylvania probate process or business transactions will also be considered. Duties include but are not limited to: drafting correspondence, excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize deadlines and meticulous record keeping. Ideal candidate should be well-suited for heavy client contact primarily with senior citizens, must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and takes initiative when needed. Pleasant working environment and generous paid leave benefits. Must be experienced with technology as many duties of the position can be performed remotely. Experience 1 year (Preferred); Pennsylvania Bar License (Required). Candidate must be licensed in Pennsylvania or have the ability to waive into the jurisdiction.
