Seeking Real Estate Attorney - Partnership Track, Contract, Commission with experience. The candidate will review title exams and cure title issues. Will oversee work of paralegals; conduct negotiations to close real estate surplus deals. Communicate with title underwriters, lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers. Must be licensed by Washington State Bar and have no disciplinary issues. Must have substantial experience reviewing title exams and curing title issues. 1-2 years substantial residential real estate experience. Would fee-share a percentage of all files worked on, accompanied by a modest hourly rate.
