Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for drafting/typing pleadings and letters. Interacting with and filing documents with Court, including online filing services. Calendaring; Scanning and numbering documents for discovery; Organizing files; Answering phones and interacting with clients. The candidate must have either a college degree (transcript must be submitted with resume) or equivalent litigation experience of 3+ years. Must have excellent grammar, spelling and communication. Should have advanced computer skills (required: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro). Should be organized; Quick learner, adaptable and ready for a challenge; Dependable team player.
