Morgan & Morgan is Seeking an Experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced attorney to join a successful team of litigators and to make a difference in the lives of our clients. The Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in and around North Atlanta, Alpharetta, and the surrounding ATL metro area. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in Georgia, Atlanta Metro Area, Alpharetta, Roswell, etc. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guide plaintiff clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the GA (Georgia) bar Minimum 3+ years of personal injury premises liability experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills #LI-JW2 Morgan & Morgan Law Firm is Seeking Experienced Premises Liability Attorney Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Alpharetta, Georgia.
