Associate Attorney The candidate' will support the firm s managing partner, primarily handling traffic and criminal cases, while supporting personal injury and family law cases as the Virginia Civil Practice continues to grow. Will be working directly with clients and will be in court an average of four out of five days per week. Prior experience in criminal defense or litigation is a plus, but not required. This position is ideal for someone who loves being in the courtroom and working directly to help people. The Associate Attorney will receive mentorship and guidance from the partners and other associate attorneys at the firm and will be well-supported by the highly capable staff. Must have outstanding interpersonal, organizational, writing, and communication skills.
