Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will be answering phone calls and overseeing the client intake process. Assistance and drafting of Probate, Trust Administration, Estate Planning and other various legal documents. Preparing and filing court documents. Manage client files from inception to conclusion. Assist in client meetings and signings. Manage and track deadlines. Manage attorney's calendar. Manage and maintain prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys. Should preferably have 2 years prior paralegal experience or Estate Planning experience. Must have Notary (can obtain upon employment). Some college education, preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a 4-year college degree or paralegal certificate.
