Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients throughout the trial or arbitration process and will be responsible for a full caseload, which will include a variety of injury claims. Must have 3+ years experience doing personal injury litigation. Should be able to evaluate cases for merit and value. Able to manage own caseload and handle cases from start to finish is needed. Able to prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial is must. Able to investigate facts and interview witnesses is essential. Able to research and write complaints, demand letters, mediation briefs, motions, and trial briefs is needed. Understands the law related to torts, insurance, and damages is required.
