Associate Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Working on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including: H-1B, E, F-1, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, I-485. Draft, and respond to complex RFE s and NOID s issued by the USCIS. Provide solutions and explain complex immigration concepts to clients. Responding to and assisting clients with various I-9 Audits and E-Verify issues. Primary point of contact for multiple clients. Interaction with firm clients through daily client consultations. Writing employment-based immigration articles. Supervising interns and paralegals as needed. Qualifications: JD Degree and Active License to Practice Law (any State). 1+ year of Employment/Business based immigration experience. Ability to analyze the eligibility requirements for Employment/Business visas. Time management and organizational skills will be essential to effectively handling the high volume of cases that will be assigned. Dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detailed-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Closing Date: 2018-11-25
