Legal Assistant/Paralegal/Secretary The candidate must be comfortable speaking and interacting with clients on a regular and on-going basis. Will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, returning phone calls, preparing and filing documents, typing general correspondence, gathering and filing medical records, managing attorney calendars, and drafting pleadings and notices on claims. Must be detail oriented, with ability to use proper grammar and spelling in communications. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe is expected. Excellent typing skills required. Must be motivated and have the ability to take ownership of tasks assigned. Fluency in Spanish required. At least 1 one year of office experience is required.
