Staff Attorney The candidate will work for the insurance subrogation group. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the insurance defense industry. Subrogation experience is a plus, but not required. Applicant must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and collaboratively with other subrogation team members and staff. Kansas Bar License required; Missouri Bar License required; Dependable, reliable, confident. Strong work ethic. Dedication to client confidentiality. Attention to detail. Good computer skills. Good organizational skills. Experience with legal research. Strong communication skills.
