Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle non-immigrant visa petitions for O visa, H1B visa, L visa, E visa, R visa, and P visa from filling out CIS forms, drafting supporting letters, organizing supporting documents to responding to RFEs. Handle PERM applications from drafting job duties and requirements, arranging advertisements, drafting recruitment reports, assisting employers in creating a PERM account, filing applications to responding to audits. Handle immigrant visa petitions for EB1, EB2 NIW from completing CIS forms, drafting supporting letters, organizing supporting documents to responding to RFEs. Must have Bachelor s degree. Should preferably have prior immigration law experience. Korean language skills is desired.
