Contract Attorney The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently and/or work up to trial. Will: Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. Prepare and respond to motions. Prepare and present witnesses and experts. Plan and execute case strategy. Qualifications: Bar membership in good standing. 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred. Must have trial experience. Strong communication and MS Office Skills. Must have a good work ethic, be a self-starter, and able to litigate a case from beginning to end. Must also have attention to detail and strong organization skills. Term: 3-6 month
