Associate Attorney The candidate should have research Experience and Writing Skills. Must have strong courtroom experience, hailing from schools ranked among the best in the country and some of the most prestigious law firms in New Jersey. Should have 1-3 year(s) of experience to join our busy commercial litigation team. Should be a self-starter with proven research, writing, and client service skills, and must possess strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. Must be a current member in good standing of the New Jersey bar (a member in good standing of the New York bar, also, is a plus), and be proficient in practice in the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
