Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will be drafting motions, pleadings, memorandums, discovery demands, responses, and correspondence, etc. Handling all aspects of litigation. Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals. Ability to creatively research and write creating effective arguments. Admission to the Michigan State Bar. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Should have 3+ years of criminal litigation experience either in the public or private sector. Positive attitude and motivational mindset; exceptional customer service with an empathetic attitude to our clients; strong written communication (consistent, detail-oriented, and professional); strong verbal communication (personable, customer service oriented, and proactive). interact and communicate with our clients and team members from a place of compassion while adhering to the firm's missions, values, and goals. Handling all aspects of a criminal case from investigation through trial and/or sentencing. Strategic thinking in order to zealously advocate for all clients.
