We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. ## Associate Attorney at Law Firm **Job Description:** - Loewenthal Hillshafer & Carter, LLP is looking to hire an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. - The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing excellent research & writing, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. - The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of discovery, deposition and law and motion practice. - The Associate Attorney will also be encouraged to participate in marketing of new clients, and will receive a percentage of receivables originating from such new clients. - Currently working 3 days in office / 2 days remote (subject to change). **Compensation and Benefits:** - Salary: Competitive and based on experience - Benefits: Health Insurance, self-directed 401k **Qualifications:** - Must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience - Must have excellent research & writing skills - Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills - Must have experience in all areas of discovery, deposition and law and motion practice - Must be willing to participate in marketing of new clients - Must be willing to work 3 days in office / 2 days remote (subject to change) Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
