Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will handle the full cycle of litigation tasks, from filing through trial. Duties will include: drafting and filing Complaints; drafting and responding to discovery; meeting-and-conferring on discovery, subpoenas, etc.; handling law and motion; taking and defending depositions; preparing trial documents; and helping try cases. Will be handling all aspects of litigation from filing of the complaint to preparing for trial. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience helping litigate and try cases. Experience in personal injury is required. Experience in other areas of civil law, is a plus. Spanish speaking is also a plus. Prior trial experience is a big plus.
