Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate should have prior experience working with financial institutions in enforcement of loan documents, foreclosure, collection and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and/or bankruptcy courts. Candidates without such experience, but with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Should possess strong communication and writing skills, be inquisitive, work efficiently and independently, and will be highly organized.
