Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will consult client regarding eligibility for Consular Processing, AOS and other Immigration Relief. Represent clients in Court or before government agencies as needed. Research, Prepare and Draft Legal Documents / Motions as needed. Previous experience in immigration law (minimum 1 to 2 years) required. Must be able to communicate Fluently with clients in Spanish. Knowledge of Consular including Waivers is preferred. Excellent writing skills and organizational skills required.
