Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Should be highly organized, with experience in issuing subpoenas, trial preparation, ordering and summarizing medical records and discovery responses. Previous Trial experience is preferred. Advanced research and writing skills are essential. Should have the ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Experience tracking billable time in case management system is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail is needed.
