Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate will be independently managing a docket of about 150 workers' compensation files; Properly setting up a new file and filing all appropriate forms including Form 30C, 1A, Hearing Requests, Jurisdictional Voluntary Agreements; Regularly maintaining contact with firm clients regarding case and hearing updates; Preparation of attorney files for weekly hearings; Processing work searches and arranging medical treatment and transportation for clients.
