Associate Attorney Candidate will handle client cases from the initial client meeting through resolution. Must be admitted to practice law in New York State and have a JD Degree from an ABA accredited Law School. 1+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm or one year experience in the insurance industry handling personal injury claims is required. Must have an excellent understanding of the CPLR, No Fault Regulations, various auto and property insurance coverage, and endorsements.
