Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have High school or equivalent and Paralegal certification. Must have 3+ years of experience in Plaintiff personal injury cases. Experience with medical records requests, review and organization. Experience with litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, e-filing, scheduling and trial preparation and the ability to handle a high volume case load required. An understanding of PIP and Med Pay is a plus.
