Litigation Attorney Candidate's primary practice will be largely residential foreclosure litigation and attorney will work remotely from their home. Must be aggressive and hard working litigation attorneys who continuously strive to improve their craft. Must have: Law Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. 3+ years' civil litigation and non-jury trial experience in foreclosure law. Foreclosure and/or civil trial experience. Appellate experience a plus. Must be able to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. Strong ability to perform research and effectively communicate the results. Analyze both federal and state laws and regulations. Can work within defined processes and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Great punctuality and attendance. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Great Personality. Able to excel in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, WordPerfect, etc.
