## Commercial/Landlord-Tenant Litigation Attorney Job at ** is Looking for a Commercial/Landlord-Tenant Litigation Attorney**, a leading law firm in Potomac, Maryland, is looking for an experienced Commercial/Landlord-Tenant Litigation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience as an attorney with general civil and real estate litigation experience, as well as general management of case files. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 year's job experience as an attorney with substantial litigation experience - Court hearing and trial work/experience preferred - DC and MD Bar License required, or ability to take/waive in MD, VA bar a plus - Experience with commercial real estate/Landlord-Tenant based litigation preferred - Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel offers a hybrid working environment, exceptional long term career opportunities with partnership potential, in addition to a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits. **Salary Range:** The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. **EO/AA/VEV/Disabled Employer:** is an EO/AA/VEV/Disabled employer.
