Part-time Compliance Attorney The candidate will join creditor's rights law firm. Will be responsible for analyzing firm's procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements (FDCPA, FCRA, FBCA, NY ID Theft Statute) and clients' standards, resolving disputes; drafting correspondence; and supervision and possible training of paralegals and non-legal staff. NY Bar Admission required (NJ a plus). General compliance experience is a plus.
