Criminal Law Attorney The candidate will represent diverse clientele in all legal proceedings pertaining to their case, provide legal counsel, and draw up legal documentation. In complex cases, will collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure the best legal representation for clients. To be considered, must have 2 years of experience in family law litigation and have a current state license, and be a member of the Bar in good standing. Counsel clients on family legal issues. Represent clients in the courtroom. Negotiate agreements between parties. Conduct research and compile evidence for case. Interview all those involved in the case. Should have J.D. degree. Current WA state license is required. should be member of the Bar in good standing. Should have courtroom or legal research experience, preferably in criminal law.
